NesscoInvsat Telecommunications has recently been nominated to join the Peltor Communications Approved Partner scheme.  The company will become one of Peltor's highest-tier suppliers to the offshore industry for their complete range of products.

To introduce the partnership, NesscoInvsat and Peltor will be exhibiting at Offshore Europe in Aberdeen, 4-7 September 2007 at stand 1227.  The companies will be demonstrating the ATEX approved Tactical XP, the latest addition to Peltor's range of protective headsets.

The Tactical XP headset allows the end user to hear the environment around them, but noise above an unsafe level will be cut off to stop any damage to hearing.  Since the user has the ability to hear clearly what is going on around them, it increases safety on two fronts.  The end user will not have to lift the hearing protection to communicate with another user as voice is clear.  In addition the user can hear shouted warnings or machinery noise giving them increased awareness of their surroundings.
