The Managed Services department offers clients the following:

Maintenance Management
The maintenance of all communications systems on a regular or ad hoc basis. This includes the review and scheduling of maintenance routines as well as planning of campaign visits.

Manpower Supply
The supply, either on an ad hoc or full time basis, of telecommunications personnel including Radio Operators, Technicians and Engineers.

Spares Management
Development and implementation of systems for the management of spares inventory, including the procurement and storage of critical spare parts within NesscoInvsat headquarters in Aberdeen.

Repair Centre
Repairs can be carried out either at the offshore installation or onshore at the NesscoInvsat Repair Centre, whichever is deemed the most timely and cost effective solution.

Client Update Meetings
Formal and ad hoc meetings involving NesscoInvsat personnel and the Client are held regularly to discuss the maintenance service.

Maintenance Performance Reports
Service reports can be provided on a weekly or monthly basis depending on client requirements.
